Tucker Waud is the Owner of Gulfport Dive Center and an Open Water Instructor. Tucker moved to Florida from Lake Bluff, Illinois. He comes from a family of divers and got certified when he was living in Australia at age 12. When not diving he enjoys playing in his Grateful Dead tribute band, Dead Set Florida. Places he's been diving include Bahamas, California, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Bonne Terre Mine, Lake Superior, Australia, Fiji, Truk Lagoon, Roatan, Hawaii and the Maldives.

Dennis Monroe is the founder of Gulfport Dive Center and continues as an instructor for the Dive Center. He is an Advanced Assistant Instructor Trainer, Master Scuba Instructor and has logged over 800 dives since he was first certified in 2009. Since his instructor certification late in 2012 he has certified more than 500 divers. Dennis has been diving in many parts of the Gulf, Atlantic and Caribbean including Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Belize, Bonaire, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, Grand Cayman and Roatan. In December, 2014, he fulfilled a diving dream in the Galapagos Islands off the west coast of Ecuador.
